Make sure you check back at the end of the week, I multiple cakes and one is for MY Birthday. 27 is a boring age so I have to make up for it with a spectacular cake.

Pretty in Pink
This has got to be my new favorite cake, although the hibiscus flower is a close follower!
Although the humidity this week was a nightmare for cakes, I am thrilled with how it turned out. This 3- tiered cake was made for an 85th birthday party. Lori showed me a few things she liked and I really let my creativity run wild. Those are sometimes the best opportunities. Thanks Lori, and Happy birthday to your Mom!

Side Note: This would obviously be the perfect Little Girl's birthday, baby shower, or christening cake. And I am all about GIRLY! Now that I think of it, my birthday is in 3 weeks, I might just have to recreate this one, I Love it that much!

This Hawaiian themed cake was for Barb's 65th Birthday. Inside is Chocolate Chip cake with a Swiss Meringue Chocolate Buttercream. Covered in fondant, all decorations are edible.Happy Birthday Barb!
