Wyatt Campbell Schambers was born on Saturday 3/28/09 so I made a few cupcakes for the proud parents and big brother. Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and a fondant topper with a W imprint!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day 30th Birthday Cake. Kevin's wife wanted to surprise him on his 30th with a cake he would never forget. She only specified St. Patty's Day but knowing Kevin's personality, I knew it had to be an original.

The cake was covered with Buttercream and topped with a Mug O' Green Beer (Jello) and a Naughty Mooning Leprechaun. (my first attempt at a figurine)

From what I hear, the Leprechaun was a big hit at the party and even got his pants set on fire. Happy Birthday Kevin!

Happy 30th Ryan!

This was the cake I made for my cousin Ryan's 30th Birthday party. I did two kinds of cake, The 3 was Vanilla Pound Cake with Strawberry Buttercream, and the 0 was Chocolate Pound Cake with Peanut Butter Fluff Buttercream. They were both covered with Fondant (this was a difficult task and my patience was tested!) and then decorated with Royal Icing. I think it turned out pretty good for my first "carved" cake.
