Mr. and Mrs. Olivella

Congrats to Kelly and Jordie Olivella who celebrated their wedding here after a beautiful ceremony in the Dominican Republic. The couple wanted a tropical theme to go along with the Ceremony and reception decor.

Lauren and Ryan's Wedding

Congrats to Lauren and Ryan who came to me to design them a custom cupcake tower for their unique Adventure Aquarium Wedding. They gave me much of the creative freedom so I went with their colors, along with daisies and initial toppers. It was modern yet elegant in this extraordinary venue.

Flavors included: Vanilla with Cookie Dough filling and Vanilla Buttercream, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Snickers with Peanut Butter Buttercream, Chocolate with Chocolate Ganache and Peanut Butter Buttercream, Orange Creamsicle, and Pumpkin with Cream Cheese Icing.

A huge thank you to my wonderful "Apprentice" Stephanie and my two busy workers who made my life much easier.... Kelly and Alison, I couldn't have done it without all of you guys! <3 Love ya

Congrats to Lauren and Ryan!

Swanky New York City Club

Sweet Sixteen Cupcake Tower made to resemble a Swanky New York City Lounge. Topper Cake was done to look like the outside of "Club 16" complete with velvet rope and a red carpet. The cupcakes were decorated with mod circles, diamonds, and squares which indicated what filling was inside each one.

I had so much fun with this project, thanks to Amanda (Audra's sister) who had an amazing vision and gave me the freedom to take her idea and run with it. The Velvet Rope and Red Carpet were made by Amanda and it was truly the finishing touch needed to create such a wonderful display! Thanks for your help girl!

"Outside of Club Sixteen"

We used little lights to light up the cake, just like a real club

Happy Birthday Meghan, Audra, and Carly!

The best part of the job!

I finally got a picture of the Erin's reaction when she saw her cake for the first time. I wasn't there when she got back from getting her hair and make-up done because I was getting myself ready for the night as well. She told me how much she loved it but seeing this really made my day! Her reaction was Priceless.

It took us 10 months and many tastings to get everything perfect but I feel we did a great job together. My first of many weddings to come!

80th Birthday Celebration

I was asked to create a Giant Cupcake Tower for a sweet woman's 80th birthday party last week. She had told me she loved fall and fall colors along with christian elements. I did my best to create a masterpiece that represented her as best I could. I was really happy with how it turned out.

This was my biggest single order to date: 225 cupcakes with a Topper cake. Many, many  hours of work but it was all worth it. Thanks to my mom and my uncle who helped make this delivery possible. (it had to travel to MD).

Here is the Cutting cake, without the "80" topper.

After the event Jo-ann,The birthday girl, emailed me and had this to say:

Boyoboy!! What a party! Everything was wonderful and your cake was the centerpiece of everything. Everyone just stared and stared and many exclaimed what a good idea it was. It was simply beautiful and it tasted just as wonderful as it looked. I wasn't very specific with you as to what I wanted, but you just seemed to read my mind and everything was just gorgeous.

We put the cake in the center of the room all by itself on a raised round table. Wow! What a picture it made! Thanks for all your efforts and the beauty you created.

Happy Birthday Joann, I am so Glad you liked it.
